Coming up on 90 days of being sober from drinking and i don’t feel anything. I’m just numb lately. I’ve been lackluster on talking to my sponsor and working through the steps and i haven’t really been attending my meetings as i should. I feel myself slipping but I’m not doing anything about it. I know what i need to do but i can’t seem to bring myself to do it. I feel like I’m losing my mind and I’m just allowing myself push myself to the edge.
Like frfr I’m done, don’t even wanna bother with anything at all. Just let me be and I’ll be good alone
